A long, even finish to the 2023 harvest gave Luke Lambert unusually good hang time, and the result is riper and a darker shade of red than recent releases without losing poise. He suggests a decanter if you are opening it young.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBrooding and perfumed, with dried red flowers, anise, sour cherry and a steely mineral line carrying a long finish. There is muscle here, held in shape. Serve at 16 to 17 degrees after an hour in a decanter.
