For this wine the Langmeil team select Barossa fruit with good depth of colour and structure, and mature it in French oak, including a portion of new barrels, which brings cedar and a gentle sweetness to the finish. It is a medium to full-bodied style, with blackcurrant and blue fruits, a savoury edge of black olive and licorice, and silky tannins holding it together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecant for an hour if drinking young and serve at around 16 to 18 degrees.
