Langmeil's version leads with Cabernet, which brings blackcurrant, blueberry and a firm frame, while Shiraz fills out the middle of the palate with plum and a touch of clove and softens the tannins. A small amount of Malbec adds colour and extra fruit. The wine is matured in oak for cedar and savoury complexity, and made by a family winery at Tanunda that has worked with Barossa growers since the 1990s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTry it with a slow-cooked beef ragù, a mixed grill or lamb shanks.
