This wine draws on vineyards across the valley floor to capture that character. Langmeil ferment for depth and colour, then mature in oak to add vanilla, mocha and a savoury edge. The palate is rich with Satsuma plum and mulberry, sweet and peppery spice, bramble and soft, velvety tannins, finishing long and spicy. It is a good benchmark for what the Barossa floor does best.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 16 to 18 degrees with a beef rib roast, Korean barbecue short ribs or a hearty lasagne.
