Vines sit further back, in an appellation that reaches towards the Luberon under a warm Mediterranean sky and the scent of garrigue. Conditions here are much the same as in Côtes de Provence next door, and the same three grapes do the work: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Farming is organic, in step with a wider move to gentler viticulture across the south of France.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePour it well chilled, around 8-10°C, for lunch outdoors.
