Fruit is hand-picked and wild-fermented with around half whole bunches, matured in 50 per cent new French oak and bottled without fining or filtration. The 2023 season was cool and low-yielding across Geelong, with a long growing period that needed careful management and repaid it with bright, finely balanced wines and high natural acid. Ray Nadeson and Maree Collis bottle their sites separately when the year justifies it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLifted red cherry and raspberry with a savoury, sea-air edge, fine tannin and considerable natural acid.
