Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris come from the cool Barwite vineyard at Mansfield in Victoria's high country, and the Meunier from Jack and Lois Doeven's cold Drumborg site in Henty. Ray Nadeson and Maree Collis make a lot of sparkling wine, some of it very serious; this is the cheerful end of the range, and it is clean and properly made.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright in the glass, with fresh peach and juicy red berries, a soft bead and a zesty close. Dry, uncomplicated, good company. Serve it cold, 6 to 8 degrees.
