Salt air and chalk are what it contributes. Fruit is hand-picked and wild-fermented with around half whole bunches, matured in 50 per cent new French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The 2023 season came in cool and wet, cropped small and ripened slowly, and the Bellarine has a reputation for depth and flavour in years like it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLifted red fruit with savoury complexity and a mineral-tinged, finely structured palate. Bright acid, fine tannin, good length. Serve at 15 degrees.
