Stockinger oak supplies a little pretty wood without taking over, and the wine is racked off fine lees under inert gas and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Dan held it at the winery until it had entered maturity, so fresh perfume now sits alongside some developed character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlackcurrant, plum and violet with cedar, iron and a dusting of dried herb, structured by tannin that is firm but polished. Serve at 17 degrees, decanted.
