Everything came in on 16 March, was destemmed and fermented in stainless steel, then pressed after three weeks. Maturation ran several months in tank followed by a few in a sandstone jar. The cool 2022 season pulled the wine into a lighter frame than usual, with finer tannin and lower alcohol, and Pat Underwood describes it as savoury, mineral and restrained.
