Domaine Lucien Muzard is based in Santenay at the southern end of the Côte de Beaune, where the family farms organically and works the vineyards with care through the growing season. Their whites are made without excess: whole-bunch pressing, fermentation and ageing in barrel with little new wood, and time on fine lees to build texture.
