Sangiovese leads, with small plantings of other grapes for perfume and softness. It's fermented in stainless steel with a moderate maceration, matured in large oak casks and tank, and bottled young.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBright and savoury, with sour cherry and a dry, lightly grippy finish.
