Planted in the early 1980s by Mark and Marion Semmens, it's one of the older sites in the valley, and the long season suits the Burgundian varieties. Here the grape builds flavour slowly while holding a firm line of natural acidity. Some French oak in fermentation and maturation adds texture and structure, not obvious oak flavour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCitrus and stone fruit over crisp, cool acidity.
