This rosé is drawn from the estate's younger vines, again spread across a range of stony sites, and is divided evenly between Grenache, Counoise and Syrah. The method follows the Provençal model: after a short maceration all three varieties are slowly pressed into tank, then fermented with wild yeasts. Counoise is a rarity in the southern Rhône and lends lift and pepper to the flesh of Grenache.
