Picolit is thin on the ground even in its Friulian homeland and almost unheard of in Australia, so a bottling like this is a curiosity worth paying attention to.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRich but dry, with poached pear, dried fig, nutty oxidative notes and a long grippy close. Serve it at 13 degrees.
