Denis Pasut has been farming these rows in Mildura for a long time, and the variety has proven a good fit for a warm inland region most people associate with something far less interesting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright acidity, sour cherry fruit and a dusty savoury finish. It is built for the table, not for contemplation.
