Soils are loose sand over sandstone and coffee rock, with dolerite in the newer block. Both are farmed sustainably. Each block came in separately and fermented as whole clusters across twelve days, with foot-stomping in the days after, then three months in old French barriques. Peter Dredge is pleased with this one, and the reason is not hard to taste.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLifted perfume, then an irresistibly juicy, sappy palate of red fruit with lip-smacking freshness and almost no tannic drag.
