Their Chardonnay comes from the Adelaide Hills, a high, cool region in the Mount Lofty Ranges where elevations of 400 to 600 metres and cold nights produce Chardonnay with fine natural acidity and tension rather than overt richness. The region is widely regarded as one of Australia's finest for the variety, in the modern, restrained style.
