Fruit is handpicked and pressed as whole clusters before a cool fermentation in stainless steel barrels, and once bottled the wine is held back for as long as two years before release. The 2018 ripening season closed with long, sun-drenched days and genuinely cold nights, the combination that gives dry Riesling both texture and brightness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLime, summer flowers and a chalky freshness lead into a clean, pure palate of zesty flavour, nervy acidity and talc-like texture. Youthful, with plenty of drive.
