The wine is pretty and aromatic, with raspberry, dried cherry, rhubarb and lifted spice, savoury earthy flavours and layers of soft tannin, keeping generosity and fineness in balance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA light chill helps here: around 14 to 16 degrees suits it well.
