In 2023 the wine shows citrus blossom, white stone fruit and beeswax with almond meal and exotic spice, a creamy mid-palate and bright acidity, while toasted oak, nougat and a flinty note add detail to a long, precise finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnjoy it at around 10 to 12 degrees with grilled scallops, veal schnitzel or soft washed-rind cheese.
