Michael Downer has been clear that he wants complexity coming from fruit and site, and the oak regime across his reds reflects that position plainly enough.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark plum and cherry, cracked pepper, dried herbs. Medium-bodied with a savoury line, supple tannin and a whole-bunch lift on the nose.
