The Lenswood fruit is open and generous where the other two sites are linear and tight, and that contrast is the point of the blend. Its vines are own-rooted I10V1 planted in 1989 plus Bernard 76 and 95 from the early 2000s. Lobethal, near 500 metres on ironstone, brings flint and drive; Piccadilly mixes sandstone, sandy loam and ironstone. Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed into French puncheon, barrique and some Stockinger wood at around 40 per cent new, then a full malolactic and light lees stirring over eight months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGenerous stone fruit and citrus held inside a muscular frame, with judged reduction and plenty of malo-derived richness. Precise acid, compact structure, bold length. Serve at 12 degrees.
