The 2021 shows pomegranate, ripe blackberry, warming spice and savoury notes, with a sweet-fruited mid-palate and generous yet fine-grained tannins leading to an elegant finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt around 16 degrees it partners roast duck breast, lamb rack with rosemary or wild mushroom risotto.
