Burgundian winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo, together with Jay Boberg, bottles it separately to show the site's intensity. The well-regarded 2023 season has given a tightly wound wine: blackberry compote, crushed granite, pencil lead and sweet leather around roasted plum and herbs, then candied fennel and blue fruits, with granular tannins and roasted oak pushing a long finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis needs time.
