Casks are around 60 per cent ex-Australian Tawny and 20 per cent Apera, with Pinot Noir, Bourbon and a touch of fortified Shiraz completing the picture, after five to six years' maturation. Underneath is Tasmanian barley wash from Cambridge, double distilled in Hobart-built Knapp Lewer copper pot stills.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRich and powerful for its strength, with intensity and balance holding together over dried fruit, spice and a nutty, buttery finish. Pour the whole measure into a tulip glass at room temperature.
