Barley for the wash is grown and malted at Cambridge, near the distillery, to Rob Tyson's specification. Double distillation takes place in the squat Knapp Lewer copper pot stills made in Hobart. Bottling happened at full cask strength, so everything the Muscat wood contributed arrives undiluted.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRaisin, toffee and dried orange from the Muscat cask, with heat and concentration to match the strength. Neat in a small measure, with water added deliberately.
