Time has brought lemon curd, cold toast, honey blossom and musk to the nose, while the palate keeps powerful citrus and tangerine, tight acidity and a chalky, slate-like structure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe chilled, though not too cold, to show its bottle-aged character.
