Les Caillerets is a small premier cru in Meursault, on the Volnay side of the village, where limestone soils give Chardonnay freshness to balance Meursault's natural richness. The 2022 has an open, expressive nose of peach with touches of eucalyptus and liquorice, and a full, sapid palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 12 degrees, cool but not cold, with lobster, roast chicken with morels or veal in a cream sauce.
