Cabernet Sauvignon leads the blend, supported by Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, with the fruit sorted by hand and each vineyard block vinified on its own. After fermentation the lots are moved to French oak barriques, assembled part-way through maturation and returned to barrel to finish, and the bottled wine is held back at the estate until it is ready to ship.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe larger format ages more slowly than a standard bottle, which makes a magnum a strong choice for the cellar or a milestone dinner.
