Paul Bara's rosé version draws entirely on grand cru Bouzy, where the family has farmed since 1833, and takes its colour in the local manner, from still red Pinot Noir made on the estate and blended into the base wine. Pinot Noir dominates the assemblage with Chardonnay in support. The wine is aged on lees in the chalk cellars under the village and disgorged with six grams per litre of dosage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eVinous and firmly built for a rosé, it belongs at the table with duck, veal or grilled salmon; serve at around eleven degrees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur.
