It is usually released after several years in bottle, but this special release has been kept for ten years to show how beautifully Eden Valley Riesling ages. The 2016 is pale straw with green hues, combining still-fresh lemon and white flowers with toast, clove oil and lemongrass. The palate has concentration and power, with lime juice, toasted brioche, sage oil and lime marmalade over soft natural acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe lightly chilled, not icy, to let the aged complexity show.
