Mark Horrigan, a cardiologist, set up the vineyard near Coldstream with his family in the early 2000s, and the wines have a French accent. This one is medium-bodied and savoury, with French oak kept in check so the site's spice and fruit show. A few years in bottle have added secondary complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark cherry, pepper and spice on a supple, savoury palate. A short decant helps.
