For this wine the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, with little influence from oak or lees, so the grape's own fruit character comes through clearly. Expect a clean, pale straw wine with plenty of tropical fruit and a zippy line of acidity keeping it lively. At 12.5% alcohol it is a lighter, fresher take on the variety than the richer barrel-fermented styles the region is famous for.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBest served well chilled.
