The wine starts reserved, then opens to red and black fruit, minerals and savoury spice, with crunchy, grippy yet fine tannins and a long, salty finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 17 to 18 degrees after an hour or two in a decanter. Pair it with lamb rump, game birds or duck with cherries.
