Cabernet contributes ripe dark berries and firm structure, Sangiovese brings a bright cherry note, and the second fermentation adds layers of cocoa and warm spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePour at around 17 degrees. It is a natural fit for rich Italian cooking such as pappardelle with wild boar ragù, eggplant parmigiana or a hearty bistecca.
