Pyramid Valley took it on in 2018; BioGro certified it organic in 2022. Two wines come off the site, this selection of blocks and a single-parcel bottling in the Botanical Selection. Ten per cent whole bunches went into open concrete and oak fermenters on wild yeast, then twelve months in French oak with a fifth new, and six months on light lees in concrete and wood.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark cherry and plum with Otago's inbuilt energy, a chalky drive underneath and tannins that glide. Sixteen degrees.
