The winery takes its name from the quartz reef running through its Bendigo estate, land that was mined for gold in the nineteenth century. The vineyards are certified biodynamic. Fermentation uses native yeast with maturation in French oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 15 degrees with duck, venison or mushroom dishes.
