A fifth spent four weeks in François Frères puncheons, partly to take the edge off those barrels before the Pinot Noir goes in, then rejoined the stainless-steel portion. Kathleen Quealy and Kevin McCarthy effectively introduced Australia to serious Grigio, and this is the house benchmark.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNashi pear, lemon and white flowers, with a pulpy texture and a dry, faintly saline finish, a long way from the neutral version of this grape. Serve at 9 to 10 degrees.
