Clones and vine ages vary widely across them; the constant is that every vine is farmed by the estate. Each batch was matured separately in a mix of new and older barrels for fifteen months, and only then assembled and bottled, which is a slower way to work than blending early but keeps the character of each site intact until the final call. The result is the most immediately drinkable Pinot in the range.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright red fruits, a lift of florals and gentle spice, with fine tannin and a juicy finish. Ready now. Serve at 15 to 16 degrees.
