The playful name nods to that reputation: less a monster than a misunderstood soul that repays kindness with generosity. The winemaking aims for clarity and purity of fruit and a lithe, supple texture, at a modest 12.5% alcohol.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTry it slightly cool, at around 14 to 16 degrees, much as you would a Pinot Noir.
