Sous le Dos d'Âne lies on the Meursault side, high up on thin limestone, and the altitude gives a firmer, cooler style than the vineyards down near the village. Olivier Leflaive set up his house at Puligny-Montrachet in 1984, and the Récolte du Domaine designation marks the wines grown on the family's own vines rather than made from purchased fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 12 degrees, in a full-sized glass, with poultry in cream, scallops or hard mountain cheese.
