Redbank Ellora Vintage Chardonnay Pinot Noir (Prosecco Rosé) 2016

The Ellora is made up of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir which has been handpicked, pressed and fermented into the base wine. A small percentage goes into oak barriques for full malolactic fermentation. The blend is then bottle fermented and aged for 3 years on lees. The current Ellora was disgorged on 12/12/2020 and has a 5g/L dosage.
