One of the oldest names in the village, the estate traces its history to 1841 and remains in the same family, now led by Alessandro Locatelli. His approach is traditional, with a lengthy maceration and maturation in large oak casks, aiming for elegance and fragrance over weight and obvious oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 16 to 18 degrees after an hour in a decanter. It is a natural partner for tajarin with ragù, roast veal, mushroom dishes, duck or hard cheeses.
