For this blend, Aszú berries of good quality and delicate botrytis were macerated in fermenting must for two days, then pressed and allowed to finish fermenting. The young wine was moved into 300 and 500 litre Hungarian oak casks and matured for more than two years in the company's extensive underground cellars, with the final blend assembled in spring 2021. Furmint gives backbone and acidity, Hárslevelű adds a softer, fragrant side and Yellow Muscat brings lift.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnjoy it lightly chilled as an aperitif, alongside fruit-based desserts or with hard cheeses, or simply serve a glass in place of dessert.
