Semillon Gris accounts for fifteen to thirty per cent depending on the season, harvested and pressed together with the Blanc and raised in large-format oak. Of the 2024, Eben Sadie says the tannin, acidity, texture and volume are remarkable, and that the power of the terroir has left him in awe. This release leans towards the fresher side of the site.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFresher in cut than some years, with lime, chamomile, green almond and a waxy, faintly tannic weight through a long dry finish. Serve at 12 degrees.
