Saint Clair remains owned by the Ibbotson family, who grew grapes in Marlborough for years before making wine themselves. Reserve fruit is handled with care and given time in oak, which layers hazelnut, cream and toasted pastry around ripe stone fruit. The 2025 shows peach, nectarine and lemon rind on a concentrated palate, with sweet oak and a luxurious mouthfeel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTake it from the fridge 15 minutes before pouring.
