The Ibbotson family winery, founded in the 1990s after years of growing grapes for others, selects its Reserve Pinot from Omaka vineyards and matures it in oak. The 2023 is deep garnet with black fruit and a hint of flint on the nose, dark cherry, crushed thyme and savoury notes on the palate, and silky tannins leading into a toasty finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe slightly cool, at around 15 to 17 degrees.
