The family-run winery handles each parcel on its own and matures the wine in oak for added texture and spice. From the 2020 vintage, it has had time to settle, with a bright ruby core, dark fruit, coffee and spice aromas, black cherry and a touch of black olive brine on the palate, and a silky texture ending in toasted oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecant briefly and serve at 16 to 17 degrees.
