For this Estate bottling the winemaking team uses a gentle hand with oak, adding a soft toasty and cashew edge without masking the fruit, and the finished wine carries a fine line of minerality. Picked at a modest 12.4% alcohol, it's a fresh, modern take on Hills Chardonnay made for drinking over the next few years.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe lightly chilled, around 10 to 12 degrees.
